The sustainable carton is designed to house 6 extra large, organic brown eggs. She envisioned the packaging to be printed with soy-based inks on 100% post-consumer corrugated paper board—seems like a better alternative than the styrofoam or plastic versions. But for these stools he turned up the heat and introduced raw fire as a tool. </p> <p>The series, titled ‘Ausgebrannt,’ (i.e. ‘Burnt Out’), embraces the raw form of naturally felled or dead wood. Kaspar takes the local tree remnants, pieces them together, and uses fire sculpting to carve out the legs.
