This Airline Went Above and Beyond for Passengers on Christmas Eve: Unexpected Luggage

Spanair decided that they needed to do a little something special for their 190 passengers flying until midnight on Christmas eve. Whether you consider this a marketing scheme or a social media move, this video, shows people caring about people and giving to make others happy.

Spanair packaged and wrapped a surprise gift for each of their passengers. Method of delivery? The baggage carousel. You can see the confusion turn to excitement as people realize that the gifts arriving on the carousel are tagged to each of them. And everyone looks happy with the act of surprise kindness, even though this means they'll be waiting a little longer for their bags.
