Bandit: The Rubberband Shooting Ruler

Add this to your arsenal drawer of office hijinks supplies... the Bandit, by Sebastian Bergne, puts good use to abandoned rubberbands. By fitting the rubberband into the appropriate grooves, you have a classy, professional and undercover version of the rubberband gun.

I like that a) the ruler can be pre-fitted with a band so it's at-the-ready for the perfect victim moment, and b) the different grooves allow for customized infliction tension.
