Verona-based Happy Centro produced and directed this stop motion video as a digital magazine cover for Il Sole 24 Ore's La Vita Nòva, designed and drawn by the editors of Nòva24 iPad. The Domo Sapiens animation for its 2.2 June issue introduces the concept of Smart cities, demonstrating the building blocks that form the core of a successful city. The issue's content then goes on to demonstrate how cities evolve into Smart cities through conceptual steps.

"Every year 7 new cities as big as New York are born. It is estimated that by 2050, 2/3 of the population will be urbanized. [The 2.2 June issue] introduces an animation through semantic vision. The animation has the aim to tell the evolution of cities through 6 key concepts that encapsulate the features of the future city."
