Design History DVD Covers from Rachel Spoon: Student Design

Design, rachelspoon, studentRachel Spoon, a design student at Anderson University, South Carolina, created these DVD covers as a packaging design project. She channels classic and minimal design, seemingly appropriate for a "Great Designers of History" series.

To me, they resemble vintage textbook covers a bit. And I like how she reinterpreted the iconic images/designs that each designer is known for.
