Geography in Low and High Pile: Land Carpets

Every time I fly, I love looking out of the window and seeing the patterns that emerge as the plane gains altitude. Apparently, designer Florian Pucher, has experienced some sort of the same fascination.

He created these land carpets, depicting the unique terrain of four different geographic locations. The rugs are made from 100% New Zealand Wool, and the pile is varied to represent the different heights and depths of crops and land.
