Growing Jewelry from Hafsteinn Juliusson

Hafsteinn Juliusson, a product designer in Iceland, created this growing line of Jewelry. The Growing Jewelry line was designed with city dwellers in mind in order to bring nature toward man in a place where it is often forgotten, combing "couture and organism."

Growing Jewelry is not without maintenance and must be watered and cared for by its owner like any house plant. That little bucket necklace is pretty adorable, but I'm not sure how it would fare in my hands.
