Lego-Inspired Interchangeable Shoes for Men: Urshuz
Grant Delgatty has been in the shoe design industry for about 16 years. He noticed that shoe companies spend vast amounts of time and money deciding what styles and colors customers will want each year. He thought that the customer should have the ability to participate in the creative process and choose what they want instead of being told.

Inspired by one of his favorite childhood toys—Legos—Grant devised an interlocking and interchangeable footwear model, and after three years of development, Urshuz is hitting the shelves and pavement. The product allows the customer to choose from a variety of classic and new styles in an array of colors to create and change-up their footwear quickly and economically.

Not only is the model more sustainable than normal purchasing and production (more styles with fewer materials), but the soles are also 100% recyclable. Plus, they look comfy, with soles that mold to the wearers feet for a custom fit.

They've definitely included an array of styles that could please just about anyone, with crazy color combo options to classic and polished and everything in-between.
My only question is, when is the ladies line rolling out?!? I'd like to "Change Everything" in a cute pair of flats!
