Move. Learn. Eat: A Linear Video Journal of 11 Countries in 44 Days
Move. Learn. Eat: A Linear Video Journal of 11 Countries in 44 Days
These videos (below) are so cool they gave me goosebumps. Rick Mereki (director, producer), Tim White (DOP, producer) and Andrew Lees (Actor, mover, groover), commissioned by budget and student travel group STA Travel, set out from Australia to visit 11 countries over the course of 44 days, 18 flights and 38 thousand miles.

Their two cameras captured almost a terabyte of footage to produce these "three ambitious linear concepts based on movement, learning and food... into 3 beautiful and hopefully compelling short films."
Definitely beautiful and surely compelling... now where are my rugged shoes and backpack? STA, if you need a version of this from the female perspective, I would selflessly volunteer to take on the burden, and, (bonus!) I could blog along the way. But, seriously, email me.
