Olivewood: Logo Design

Lain Claridge Studio created this logo design for Olivewood, a digital media consultancy. And it coordinates well with the web design.

They originally drew the icon pixel by pixel as a 16px square favicon. Then they enlarged it to form the pixellated tree image logo. The mark represents the olive tree from the company's name, but was also intended to suggest QR barcodes and digital networks. Do you like the design?
