Points, Periods and Other Punctuation Become Art Pieces

Alex Dipple, and illustrator and designer UK, forged these graphic and organized art pieces from punctuation found in newspapers and periodicals. The layout of the art is amazing, with each of the small clippings nestling in perfectly among the others.

From "Dots and Full Stops:"
Design, Dipple, Dots
Design, Dipple, Dots
Design, Dipple, Dots
Design, Dipple, Dots
Design, Dipple, Dots

From "Stars:"
Design, Dipple, Stars
Design, Dipple, Stars
Design, Dipple, Stars
Design, Dipple, Stars
Design, Dipple, Stars

I love seeing things that we use or overlook everyday put into a new environment, forcing us to notice them. And these environments Dipple has created are wonderful pieces of art. A print would be beautiful, but you would lose the tactile quality of the original collection.
