The MAME-CAM DX [JP] is miniature digital camera, produced in Japan, weighs a mere 14g (less than 1/2 an ounce). The specs say the mini cam records video in HD with a 1,280 × 960 resolution at 30 fps, shoots jpeg images at 3,264×2,448 resolution, and can be used as a voice recorder. Files store on a microSD card with up to 32GB of storage.

The cameras are available at Geekstuff4u or thanko for ¥7,980 (appx. $99 USD).

Though this MAME camera (via ) seems to be the older version, it's infinitely cuter. Available at thanko, this 1.2×1.1×1.1 MAME Cam is 11g, photos are at 1600×1200 resolution, with 640×480 video at 30 frames per second in AVI format, and has mono audio recording.
