BBVH Architecture, an architecture studio in the Netherlands, designed the Villa Ypenburg III to highlight the unique, unobstructed, water-front view. The three-story, multi-terraced residence is located in Ypenburg, a new South Holland suburb in The Netherlands.

The modern home was designed for a furniture company owner, with dynamic architecture characterized by dark hues and three-meter jutting terraces. The dark exterior contrasts the warm and white interior, whose spacious rooms are filled with light pieces and splashes of color. The top floor features a large master bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet and private terrace.

What a view, and a great place for gatherings.
