What is Data Visualization? Hint: It's at the Intersection of 30 Concepts

This infographic design, by Ffunction, a Montréal-based interface and data visualization design company, visually explains their definition of "Data Visualization." At the core, Data Visualization is an intersection of many fields, concepts and ideas.

They also designed this infographic displaying the heights of the tallest summit on each of the seven continents. Note the Great Pyramid height, in the middle and wayyyyyyyyy at the bottom. The combination of geometric crops on the photographed terrain is a wonderful effect.
