BloodNote by Matt Ludzen and Peter Bajtala aims to make tracking health easier with its minimal design and specialized function. Instead of trying to track multiple aspects of health, it drills down to aid a specific user group, allowing them to quickly and intuitively track their blood pressure daily and over time.

California-based Column Five created this gorgeous and interactive infographic as a gift for their clients and partners this past holiday season. They combined two of their favorite topics—coffee and data visualization.

On April 21st, a new mural was unveiled at "LA Freewalls Inside" at LALA Gallery. Why is this noteworthy? Unbeknownst to me and likely to the majority of the population, in 2002 Los Angeles prohibited the creation of mural work (on public or private buildings). The Los Angeles Freewalls project hopes to change that.
