  • The original plan for Naos came about as part of the "La Petite invite # Nuits Sonores" contemporary music Festival in Toulouse, France. Paper Donut originally designed the pendant as an interlocking paper structure. After seeing great interest in the pendant during and after the festival, Alexis Facca decided to produce the lamp on a larger scale in November of 2010. It's a great example of form meeting function.

  • I love these mouth-blown glass lights by London-based product designer Benjamin Huberts.

    Labware is a floor and hanging lamp lighting line that seems to be inspired by its namesake. These would look great staged or hanging in groups or on their own, and the contrast of natural cork on smooth, sterile glass creates an interesting dynamic.

  • Design, night light

    Vanessa Hordies created this nightlight design that dims as a person drifts to sleep. The sand from the hourglass falls to slowly cover the light below after 15 minutes.
