The backstory behind Sweet Lucie’s: Geri was pregnant with a Lucie-to-be and experienced some demanding cravings for ice cream. However, she couldn’t find any that were guaranteed organic to follow her bun-conscientious diet plan, so she decided to make her own. She and her husband, Mike, discovered that they had found a niche market: delicious organic ice cream in a wide rand of flavors. After much experimentation with organic, fair-trade and preservative-free ingredients, Sweet Lucie’s was born.
Move over Choco Tacos. The pair are finishing restorations on this 1950s ice cream truck, and it will soon be ready to hit the streets to deliver som high-quality treats.
